CH Mack President Chris Boue to Present at Premier Event for Healthcare Professionals, CMSA's National Expo and Conference
Cincinnati, OH, June 5, 2009
- Chris Boue, President and CEO of CH Mack, Inc., will be a presenter at Case Management Society of America's (CMSA) 19th Annual Conference. Boue will lead an advanced session presentation entitled Technology Connects Care Managers to Better Processes, Improved Outcomes.
He will update participants on the current healthcare environment, analyze technology advances and outline how technology can improve quality of care.
In the past few decades, technology advances have revolutionized the way health care organizations relate to their customers, conduct business operations, and organize themselves.
"Technology in today's health care organizations is complex," said Boue. "It is important to identify the healthcare IT landscape from different points of view: employer, govern-ment, and private payer perspectives. For the care manager, it's empowering to understand how technology advances can streamline productivity, while cutting administrative costs and improving quality of care in a health care environment."
At the conclusion of his presentation, attendees will understand how technology and tools, specifically workflows and dashboards, can enhance productivity. Boue will relate a specific best practice for implementation of a medical management system, as well as help participants evaluate the use of technology in their own organizations.
Boue's 90-minute presentation will take place on the last day of the conference, June 19, 2009 at 1:30 PM.
Additionally CH Mack will be exhibiting at CMSA, booth number 316, showcasing:
